Recreational adult classes are the perfect option for anyone wanting to develop and hone basic synchro skills, endurance, flexibility fitness and strength with an emphasis on having fun and team-building.
No previous synchro experience is required.

What to bring
Pre-requisites
16+ and no previous experience needed only swimmers must be comfortable in deep water.
Registration
Step 1: Upgrade Membership (ASAI)-Once a year only
New members
New members are required to register for membership with Artistic Swimming Australia (ASA). This is one off, initial registration with ASA.
Register the athlete by selecting registration type Recreational Athlete and continue to payment.
Returning members
Annual renewal of this membership is required at the prior to the beginning of the season (1 July).
Please Renew/UPGRADE the athlete selecting registration type Recreational Athlete and continue to payment.
