The Recreational Adults program is designed for anyone and everyone! If you are at least 16 years old and are looking for something new and fun to try, this class is for you!

Meeting point

  • indoor area of Monte College pool, entry via Berry st ( free street parking around this area) .

What to bring

  • Swimwear (one piece) 
  • Towel(s) 
  • Drink Bottle 
  • Goggles
  • Yoga mat and sports shoes 
  • Swim Cap
  • Nose clip (available through the club)

NOTE: No previous experience needed. Swimmers must be comfortable in deep water.
