The National Stream program provides athletes with tuition for age group appropriate figures and routines suitable for National competition.

National Stream competitors compete at both a State and National level. Competitors in the 13-15 age group and over may be given the opportunity to be selected to attend camps throughout Australia.

The National Stream program runs from May to March/April with short breaks at Christmas and at the end of the season.

Entry into this program is by attending competitive tryouts in May each year and the athlete has completed at least Superstar / Pre – competitive program or the athlete has completed at least 1 year in our State Stream program.

The age groups are:

• 12 years old & under – For swimmers born in 2009 – younger
• 13 – 15 years old – For swimmers born in 2008, 2007 or 2006
• Junior (16 – 18 years old) – For swimmers born in 2005, 2004 or 2003
• Open (12+ years old)
• Maters (18+ years old)

• Friday 6:00-8:00 C&P
• Saturday 1:30am to 4:30pm Monte

13-15 TEAM

• Wednesday 6:00-8:00 C&P
• Friday 6:00 – 8:00pm C&P
• Saturday 1:30- 4:30pm Monte

Open TEAM

• Wednesday 6:00-8:00 C&P
• Friday 6:00 – 8:00pm C&P
• Saturday 1:30- 4:30pm Monte

Masters TEAM
